Rethinking disability: participation, equity and work
This international colloquium aims to promote research, training, and cooperation around the participation of persons with disabilities in France and South Africa. Through a series of round tables, the event brings together researchers from different disciplines (sociology, economics, anthropology, psychology) and at different career stages, in order to foster exchange and discussion. The objective is to better understand processes of inclusion and exclusion, particularly in relation to access to employment, multidimensional poverty, and social participation, as well as to identify concrete ways to improve the participation of persons with disabilities.
